Currently, the use of free software is a reality, and no longer questions its quality or its model.  Our borders have been expanded, gaining even greater achievements, such as free hardware and free network. But for the evolution of technological freedom, it is not enough just to count on free software, free hardware and free network.  To move all this, in a sustainable way, we need free energy. From 1880, with the inventions of Nikola Tesla, there were technologies to obtain electrical power from any part of the planet, in any quantity and without any pollution. Generated decentrally, this energy eliminates the risk of blackouts, the dependence of rain, sun, wind, access to combustible material and others. This year, at FISL18, we'll discuss advances and trends in this area.
